The City Council of Calpe will punish the company of the buoys service of the beaches according to the report of the Council for Beaches; the report shows various violations because the signposting of the channels is not installed or the adapted bathing place offered as improvement of the contract has not been installed.
In addition, the Arenal-Bol Beach buoys suffered damage from the storm at the end of July and buoys were lost without a person being found responsible for carrying out the necessary maintenance work.
According to the provisions of the technical specifications, two serious and one minor fault with a penalty of 6,502 € are deducted from the amounts paid by the city to the company for the service.
