Calp City Council, as part of the objectives of the Citizen Participation Department, has commissioned the development of a telematic survey to find out citizens' perceptions of key municipal services.
The intention is that citizens will transmit their views on the process of services provided by the municipality and that this information will serve as a barometer to analyze the current situation, make a diagnosis and from there develop proposals to improve the municipality's services.
Through this project, the municipality aims to improve transparency and accountability to citizens, to know the demands of citizens and to move forward in digital administration.
Through the municipal social networks, the possibility to answer the survey online and participate in this process is announced.
