Calp has created a lookout point in the middle of the Serra d'Oltà mountains that offers an impressive view of the town's bay. The viewpoint is right next to the campsite and a bench has been installed so that walkers who come here can enjoy the spectacular scenery at their leisure and take advantage of the start of the Easter holidays.
Municipal workers have cleared the area and created this spot, which is set to become one of the most photographed corners in the city.
This initiative was carried out as part of the #AsómateaCalpe tourism promotion campaign, with the aim of ensuring that tourists who traditionally visit the city do not "forget" Calp and is intended to show all that awaits those who choose the city as a destination once the health crisis is over. The bench bears the hashtag #AsómateaCalpe as its inscription.
