• • 11.00 h- Book presentation "Els nostres arrossos" (“Our rice dishes”) by Ximo Carrión. At Casa Nova. At the end there will be a tasting of a "caldero".

  • 20.00 h - Tribute to the great sopranos. Jovita Gómez Couto (soprano), Agatha Martínez (soprano) and Shlomo Rodríguez (pianist), in the Saló Blau.
