With the aim of reinforcing tourist information services and improving visitor service, Calpe is once again installing two tourist information points on the beaches. These points, whose service starts next Saturday, will be located on the Arenal-Bol beach and on the Fossa beach and will be staffed by tourist informers who will join the department's staff.
The beach information points will be open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 2pm and from 6pm to 9pm. Both points are located on the promenades, right on the beach, which is why they have always been so well received.
The initiative allows to reinforce the assistance to the tourist, to offer better and in a personalised way the complementary offer and to have a direct contact with the visitor. These points join the already existing offices, the Tourist Info Centre, located in the Plaza del Mosquit in the heart of the Old Town, and the Tourist Info Peñón located in front of the Salinas, which remain open all year round and whose main function is to provide timely information, especially location information and to advertise Calpe's complementary offer.
The good reception that this service has always had and above all the number of enquiries that have been registered recommend its installation every year.
