Calpe Town Council is once again launching the grants for the rehabilitation of façades on buildings in the municipality. There are two lines of aid for which 70,000 euros have been earmarked and which can be applied for until 16 September.
Line 1 is aimed at defraying part of the costs of renovation and rehabilitation of facades on residential buildings (roofs are not included) in the municipality, except for bungalows or terraced houses outside the town centre.
Line 2 subsidises actions that include the removal of external elements that do not comply with planning and those that propose their concealment (external wiring of installations, air conditioning units, aerials, awnings, etc.) on buildings in the old town.
All actions included in both lines that have been carried out between 16 September 2023 and 15 September 2024 will be eligible for subsidy.
The amount of the subsidy will consist of a percentage of the total cost of the work or action, with the following limits: in line 1, 10 % for buildings located in the town centre and 75 % for those located in the historic centre, and in line 2, 95 %.
Interested parties can submit their applications at the OAC or at the electronic headquarters.
