Calpe Town Council has launched a public consultation to gather citizens' opinions as part of the process of drawing up the municipality's first Citizen Participation and Open Government Plan. This initiative aims to create a roadmap that actively involves the population in the municipality's collective affairs and enables the development of more transparent, inclusive and effective public policies.
Through a survey available in Spanish, Valencian and English, Calpe residents are invited to express their level of interest in public affairs, their perception of their ability to influence municipal decisions and the barriers that hinder their participation. They are also asked for their opinion on which issues they consider to be priorities, such as urban planning, the environment or budgets, and on the most effective channels of information for communicating with the Council.

With this initiative, Calpe Town Council reaffirms its commitment to improving democratic quality and promoting a local administration that is more accessible, participatory and oriented towards the real needs of citizens.
