With today's publication of the projects to adapt and furnish Casa Roja for the family unit and the construction of a water point in the Oltà Mountains in the contractor's profile, the investments that will be financed with the remaining funds from the 2019 budget resolution are already in the bidding phase.
With only one exception: the rehabilitation of the Club Social and the execution of the pedestrian bridge and coastal renovation in Cala Manzanera de Calp, whose tender deadline ended recently.
These projects, 14 in total, amount to a total of 4,178,125 euros and must be executed in 2021. Therefore, the deadline for companies to submit their bids is now open.
These are the following investments:
- Completion of the building in Calle Puerto Santa María or Casa de la Música - 726,825 euros.
- Resurfacing of housing estates and road preparation and improvement - 1,232,125 euros
- Lights for street lighting - 100,000 euros
- Road M for access to the new Edificant school envisaged in the plan - 493,975 euros
- Adaptation of the areas adjacent to street J - 83,500 euros
- Adaptation and furnishing of the Casa Roja family recreation centre - 63,000 euros
- Construction of a water point in the Serra d'Oltà as part of the fire protection and extinguishing measures - 76,800 euros
