The Calp Town Council plenary session yesterday decided to cancel two municipal agreements; firstly, the Marina de Ifac subplan because of technical questions raised by the Consellería de Territorio of the Regional Government concerning the condition of the roads by the construction of roundabouts in the northern access road.
The Counsellors for Citizen Participation, Sport, Trade and the Environment are organising European Mobility Week from 16 to 22 September, a celebration coordinated by the Ministry of Ecological Transition to raise awareness of the negative consequences of irrational car use and the benefits of using more sustainable modes of transport such as public transport or cycling.

The Calp Town Council today began work on improving the zebra crossing in the municipality. The aim is to prevent slips and falls, as some streets are steeply sloping and in some cases the paint applied to the zebra crossing has several layers of paint.
