Calpe Town Hall has prepared a day of conviviality to celebrate Europe Day on 9 May.
Work began this week on the remodelling of the Parc dels Garrofers, the complete remodelling of this urban park located next to the Casa de Cultura and close to the Civic Centre. The works, awarded to the company Cemer Play S.L. for 230,989 euros, are 100% financed by the Provincial Council as part of the Plan +Cerca 2023.
Calpe Town Council and Creama Calpe, with the collaboration of the Calpe Business Association (AEMCO), are organising the XIV Fira Calpe, the gastronomy and trade fair of the town of Calpe, which will be held from 9 to 12 May in the Plaza Mayor.
The Calpe Business Association, AEMCO, held a general meeting a few days ago in which the new president of the entity, Santi Ferrer, was appointed, taking over from José Malagón after eight years in office.
Friday, 26th:
On the 17th and 18th of May, Calpe will host the XXV Aplec de la Federació Valenciana de Dolçainers/res i Tabaleters/res (FVDIT), an event that will bring together around 1000 dolçainers and tabaleters from all over the Valencian Community with the aim of promoting Valencian music and culture.
Calpe Town Council, through the Department of the Environment, wishes to remind citizens of the obligation to keep their plots clean given the special situation of risk of forest fires that exists in the Valencian Community.
