Calpe Town Council and the ONCE Social Group held a working meeting yesterday with the aim of laying the foundations for establishing effective channels of collaboration between the two entities in the areas of accessibility, labour inclusion and visibility of people with disabilities.
Calpe will host Kortrijk Drumt, a well-known collective percussion event held in the Belgian town of Kortrijk, which will bring together more than 70 drummers in the town of Penyal. The show will be held on Monday 21st July to coincide with Belgium's National Day in the Plaza Mayor in Calpe.
Next Friday, 28th March, at 20:00 hours, Calpe Town Council will inaugurate the so-called “Sorority Point’”, an initiative designed to spread and make visible the concept of sorority among the citizens.
