Calpe City Council has announced the reopening of its municipal radio station, which is returning to the airwaves after more than a decade of silence.
The plenary session of Calpe City Council has approved the Integrated Action Plan (IAP), with which it will apply for ERDF funds from the EDIL Plans, and with which it aspires to obtain close to 7.4 million euros of this aid.
Calpe Town Council will ban smoking on the town's beaches and coves. The ordinary plenary session in February, to be held this afternoon, will address the modification of the municipal ordinance on the use and management of the coastline in order to introduce this ban as well as the sanctions that will be imposed for the infringement of this regulation.

The Local Police Headquarters has presented the report of actions for 2024, this document indicates that the Calpe Local Police has carried out 22,200 services throughout the year, and among them it is worth highlighting 12,316 reports made regarding violations of the Traffic Ordinance, with an average of almost 34 reports per day.
