Labora has granted a grant of 43,006.58 euros to Calp Town Council under the ECOVID 2020 programme, which aims to recruit unemployed people aged 30 or over, preferably unemployed because of the health crisis.
With this aid, the municipality of Calp will employ four workers to disinfect and clean parks and communal areas for children's games, since the ECOVID programme stipulates that the newly employed must carry out work or services related to the situation arising from COVID 19.
The company that has been awarded the contract for the renovation of calle Alcalde Vicente Pastor in Calp, together with representatives of the municipality, held a meeting this morning with the inhabitants of this street to inform them of the renovation work that is to begin in the coming months.
