The Calp Town Council has provided 68 Wifi points in the municipal administration, a project which is part of the EDUSI strategy "Revitaliza Calp ", co-financed by the European Union's European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), which will enable it to be implemented as an Intelligent Tourist Destination.
The Minister of Culture of the Region of Valencia has informed the town of Calp that he is authorising the resumption of work on the land known as Casita Blanca, after the town itself stopped work last August.

In 2021, the Calp Town Council will not levy a business tax on all those entrepreneurs or tradesmen who decide to open a business or trade or change their economic activity. To this end, the ordinary plenary session of October yesterday adopted the amendment to the tax regulation regulating the fee for administrative activities resulting from the submission of pre-notification, declaration of responsibility and application for authorisation for environmental activities.
On Friday, Calp celebrates 9 October, the day of the Comunidad Valenciana, with the institutional act of awarding the "Jaume Pastor i Fluixà" prize and the city's medals of honour, which are awarded each year in recognition of the work of persons or institutions that have contributed to improving society. In this edition, the event will be held in the Plaça Major and with limited attendance, although the event can be followed on the City Council's social networks.
Calp City Council plans to purchase four new electric vehicles and two hybrid vehicles for the local police and civil protection. To this end, it will invest 205,700 euros from the 2019 budget surplus, taking advantage of the fact that the central government stipulates that municipalities can use 7 per cent of the previous year's surplus to finance electric vehicles or vehicles with a zero eco-label or ultimately with an ECO label.
