Calpe Town Council has prepared an intense programme of activities for LGTBIQ+ Pride Day. The Calperide, which will have a vindictive and ludic character, will start on June 28th, International LGTBIQ+ Pride Day, and will last until the first days of July.
This morning the first meeting of the working group, made up of technicians, politicians and representatives of the sectors involved, was held to study the housing situation in Calpe.
Calpe has already prepared its facilities so that people with reduced mobility can also enjoy the sea. Therefore, since 1 June, the two main beaches in the municipality of Calpe, La Fossa and Arenal-Bol, have differentiated bathing areas, specially equipped to meet the needs of people with mobility problems, the elderly and the visually impaired.
