Calp City Council regulates the traffic of personal mobility vehicles

In the last plenary session, Calp City Council amended the traffic regulations to regulate, for the first time, the traffic in the municipality of so-called vehicles for personal mobility, i.e. vehicles with one seat and 1 or more wheels driven by electric motors with a speed between 6 and 25 kph.
The regulation stipulates that these vehicles can generally travel on the road and cannot travel on boardwalks, parks or promenades, with the sole exception of persons with reduced mobility travelling in electric wheelchairs.
